Refund Policy

Returns For Wine Products 
Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on wine products due to federal and state alcohol laws. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defected or damaged and must be claimed through the shipping carrier. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Cancelations before shipment will result in a 25% restocking fee of product cost.

Returns for Non-Alcohol Items

Our company values the satisfaction of our customers and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@winebylamborghini.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s).

If you choose to move forward with your return after receiving the return shipping label and instructions, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you within 3 business days. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to process. If this time has passed and your refund has not arrived yet, please contact us at hello@winebylamborghini.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin processing a refund.


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@winebylamborghini.com. 

Shipping 
We love to offer free shipping to our customers when available, but please note if an item is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts and a short hold option for pick up, we do require a fee to recover the loss of shipping.

If you choose to receive a refund instead of a redelivery after an item has been returned by the shipping carrier, the cost of return shipping and packaging will be deducted from your refund, at a deduction of 50% of item cost per item.
